Chanel Iman & Jourdan Dunn Together On The Teen Vogue Cover For November 2009. Two of the hottest black models in the industry are featured in next month's Teen Vogue Issue. I'm so excited to see them on the cover because honestly we need more black models in the industry and them being on the cover is a great start. Of course they look gorgeous in the issue both wearing a sleeked back ponytail and red lips.The two are often seen as competitors trying to get the one "black spot" in the runway and at first they started off that way but slowly have become friends.
“I could sit here and tell you, ‘I love Jourdan! We’ve always been the best of friends!’” she says. “But we haven’t. Until recently, we barely even spoke. We went from being superclose in the beginning,” she says, “to dead silence if we saw each other backstage at a show.” Not even a hello? “If we did say hi, it was hi, and that’s it.”
“It’s competition,” Jourdan says. “There aren’t a lot of us, but instead of sticking together, we’re pitted against each other. People will say things in Chanel’s ear like, ‘Jourdan is taking your spot,’ and then they’ll say to me, ‘Don’t trust Chanel.

Amber Rose Styled By Kanye West For Elle October 2009. It's no secret that Kayne and Amber are a very close pair and recently for the October Elle Issue Ms. Rose was actually styled by Kayne. Amber already has a style that's turning heads and she loves showing off her curves. In the issue she's seen rocking thigh high boots, cut off shorts, and showing everything her mother gave her. The pictures are very edgy and one even shows Amber handling a barbie doll while wearing a sequined dress. One thing's for sure Amber is a rising star ( and Kayne is helping her get there) and has even been featured in some runway shows during fashion week this fall.
