Christian Siriano’s Payless Spring 2010 Shoe Collection. Recently During New York Fashion Week Christian showed us what Payless shoes we might be wearing come spring time. The heels were superb and very high and had a slight bend to the silhouette, but the colors were so perfect for being that extra pop of color needed to help spice up an outfit.
